Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Pure N Sure.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the website.

  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

  • Service refers to the website.

  • Website refers to Pure N Sure, accessible from .

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date of receiving the Goods or when a third party (appointed by you, who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear statement. You can contact us by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, and you will not incur any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

Once an order has been dispatched, no refunds will be entertained. If a refund is requested, the customer will bear the courier forwarding charges as well as the Return to Origin (RTO) charges. Refund transactions are processed through [Razorpay], which deducts a 2% platform fee along with 18% GST on the transaction. These charges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized Goods.

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

  • Goods that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Refunds will not be issued without proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 6-7 business days

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning an item over 5000 INR, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
